Founded in 1994, TAPS, Inc. started at BWI Airport over a decade ago by establishing a ticket sales counter for the Airport's share ride van service. TAPS has expanded over the years to taxicab dispatch at Reagan National and Dulles International with employee growth to over 100 management staff, dispatch, customer service representatives and cashiers.

As a Maryland-based, privately owned company, TAPS is a company that combines its experience and expertise to provide outstanding "Good Will Ambassadors," at counters providing airport information and ticket sales, patron curbside loading, revenue collection, script redemption, and automated vehicle identification equipment management.
